Today we have a meeting before our proposal presentation with the members. Since our date for the project is becoming near and near I'm actually worried that can we finished everything on time? Its the planning complete enough? Will everything turns out well?

Fortunately, the members are nice enough to finish everything before the presentation. This makes me feel guilty more as I'm very very very busy with Feseni these days, I just hope that I can help out more by giving useful advice to them through my experience in my residential college project.
I told them about the sponsors, the food, the first aid kit and some other things that I think is important and is necessary for all of them to know. From experience, taking care of kids is tough, especially little kids but I believe we will do great and make them love science like we do.

A week before our project, its time to get prepare for it! Things to buy, activities to do, presents to give... Well I'm in charging in buying goodies for the kids. In today's meeting we sort out what to buy, briefing on the scientific experiments and station games and also learning the theme songs, thanks to Boon Ean!
Since I'm not be able to join them for the first day of the project, I tried to give them a short brief on how to treat children, some rules in organizing camp for children and also the protocol for the opening and closing ceremony. I'm happy that everything is going smooth and I'll do the best of my part for the team.

Today is actually the second day of our project but due to my training session for Feseni I'm only able to join for today. I can say its a very long day for me: with only 3 hours of sleep, waking up at 5.30am to Sepang, playing with the kids, came back at 8pm and continue the training... Its tiring...

Sometimes I'm impressed by myself for being able to keep energetic infront of the children. Maybe its because there are real cute XD Before arriving there I told myself to be really patience with the children as I thought they will be really hard to handle. However, even though they are still hard times to control as they are over excited, they are still full of curiosity and also willing to learn ne things.
​
When they came to my station, I can tell that they are very intelligent children by how they think and how they solve the problems. Moreover, I also think our objective for this camp had achieved as they are interested in all the experiments and science-base games we prepared. They will truly fall for science and will have a better future.
​
I'm quite disappointed for not being able to get close to each and everyone of them, but I belive that they really can success and the future. I hope that our presence for these two days can really leave an impact in them and I'll be giving them my blessing to learn and live happily in their future. Thank you kids for the lessons that you taught me, hope we can meet again!!
​
Last but not least, I want to thank my team for their understanding for my busy schedule and I sincerely apologize to them for all my wrong doing may it be my attitude, my words and my actions. Thanks for the wonderful experience! WELL DONE GUYS!!!!!

Today is the day we went back to meet the kids! What's different is this time we are just visiting together with our beloved lecturer, Dr. Nora. Even though we told that we are 'just visiting", we still planned to play some games to spend time together with them. I can say that we did spent quality time HAHAHA! However we only manage to meet up with the boys as the girls went out with Ustaz for chores. The boys seems unfamiliar with us but they still play along with us well.
​
Before we leave we do gave them some daily needs as a gratitude to accept us. I can also tell that they are grateful to us because we are willing to come for visits and spend time together with the kids. I hope the kids can get something from us even though we are not with them all the time. Best of luck to them and hopefully we will be there to visit again.

Our project has comes to an end and the last task that needs to be done will be our final report. To make things easier we decided to do it together by meeting up at KK1's Cube. We divided our task equally so that everyone can contribute in the final report. I am in charge in the reflection part of the report. I wrote the things that we learnt throughout the project and also our experience with the kids in the orphanage. After everybody done their part we compile everything together thus finish our final report.

Now we all left with our final presentation. We will be having our exam soon thus I wish all my teammates a very good luck for the exam. I've learnt a lot from them . Thanks for all the good work throughout the project. Hope we strive for the best! Best of luck!
